CONS

As you can see the majority, if not all, of the positive outlooks are solely based on the persons own personal view. From dropping weight to fit in to those denims to finally getting down to that weight on the scale. Plenty of people don't take in to account the side effects extreme weight loss has on the body. Not only does it shock it in the wrong way but by doing this you manage to drop your resting blood pressure. This drops the amount of blood your brain is receiving which is step to a stroke. This then leads to plenty of side effects while trying to drop weight. You become worn out for every small thing affecting your every day life from not desirous to work effectively at work to not caring about other's concerns. Your mood changes as in the event you were bi-polar from loving thing to hating it the next. This makes life that much more difficult to cope with. Then they have of the worst, insomnia. Not only do you have bad days, you cannot even sleep it out because this weight loss is keeping you up. From here you have no energy because you have not slept much & now everything is truly effected. You name it driving, walking, work, bills, chores, etc.
