First, I understand where you are coming from, & the way it can appear scary. There is a lot information out there, & they don't know where to start. They see tv shows, like 'The Largest Loser', & 'Extreme Weight Loss', & it feels like the only way to get this additional weight off is to go to extreme measures, but, this is not the case. You can start right now, today, from home.

Step one. Accept where you are at right now. Cease beating yourself up for where you are at. I do know you have probably gone through diet after fad diet, & every time they fail, they are sure it was our fault, but, guess what, it is not your fault!! So, step is to cease beating ourselves up for where they are at. This puts us in the driver's chair to start taking control of our own health.

Step two. Start drinking more water. I do know this looks as if a foolish, but, water is so important!! I can  guarantee in the event you have additional weight, you require to drink more water. This does several things, first, let's chat about the sizable benefits of water. Water gets rid of poisons in the body, it helps you lose weight, it can actually boost your energy, it helps to prevent joint pain, it gets your skin healthy, & reduces a variety of illnesses. It does a lot more, but, let's start with that. So, let's speak about the tricky thing that drinking more water does. It makes you get up & move more!! (Because you are going to must go to the bathroom!!!) & they will speak about moving in the next step!!
